Vita
Louisa Sauter studied Business Administration with a specialization in Business Information Systems at the University of Siegen. After graduating in 2020, she continued her studies in the master’s program in Human Computer Interaction, which she successfully completed in October 2022.
In addition to her bachelor’s degree, she started in February 2020 as a working student at VETTER Krantechnik GmbH in the Digital Transformation staff unit. There, she primarily supported a research project dealing with skills transfer in a VR-based environment for work design. In this project, she first wrote her Bachelor’s thesis, in which she investigated VR-supported skills transfer. In her master’s thesis, she then investigated design alternatives in VR training scenarios for SMEs.
She has been working as a research assistant at the Institute of Information Systems since June 2023. Here she is involved in the ATLAS and EDIH projects.
Her primary research interests include the use of VR and AR technologies in medium-sized businesses and technology-supported learning in operations.
