1? 2? 3(!) New recruits in August 2021
With the beginning of August, there is very good news for the research group of Cyber-Physical Systems. We welcomed three new faces as of August 1st, 2021: Marco Fries, Nino Bohn and Muhammad Shahzar Khalid join our team for different projects with their individual skills.
After completing his bachelor’s degree (Business Information Systems) and master’s degree (Human Computer Interaction) at the University of Siegen, Marco Fries returns to the University of Siegen as a research associate after several years of industrial professional experience. Together with Julia Nießner, he will ensure the successful implementation of the two projects ExPro and Future Centre AI NRW. Further information about Marco Fries can be found here.
Nino Bohn – also a former student at the University of Siegen (Social Sciences and Media Studies, with a subsequent Master’s degree in Media & Society) and a research associate in the Creactive Citizen research project – supports the team as a research associate in the realization of the recently launched REALIS project. Further information about Nino Bohn can be found here.
Muhammad Shahzar Khalid is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction and will support the Rendezfood project as a research assistant from a technical perspective.
We would like to welcome all new team members, wish them a swift initial onboarding and look forward to the coming months of productive collaboration with a strengthened research group.
